How it works
Our brace expert will personally measure and fit you at a time and place convenient for you. The procedure takes approximately one hour and requires no special preparation on your part. During the measurement session, a 50% down payment of the total brace cost is required. The manufacturing process takes 60-80 days. Once completed, we will ship the brace to you, assist with fitting, and provide guidance on how to use the brace effectively.

Our braces are resilient to both water and various temperatures, allowing you to use Yamibrace wherever you go. They are resistant to dirt, sand, and saltwater, facilitating easy cleaning – simply rinse with warm running water. Here are the materials and features that make our braces outstanding:
- Leg shells constructed from 7 layers of carbon sheets (prepreg)
- Titanium frame and hinges
- 4 non-elastic, strong woven belts equipped with velcro
- Carbon knee cups with a soft inner pad
- Plastic clasps
- Stainless steel rivets
- Soft inner padding made from EVA foam
- Weight of a single brace ranges from 500 to 900 grams, depending on individual anatomical characteristics.

To initiate the process, submit an application on our website or contact us through your preferred means. We are here to provide all the necessary information, discuss your brace requirements, and schedule a measurement session.
At the scheduled appointment, our bracing expert will visit you, showcasing samples, and taking accurate measurements of your legs.
This procedure typically takes about 1 hour. We’ll measure the joint’s width, identify the leg’s axis, determine the brace’s length, and create impressions using plastic cast.
Each brace is handcrafted, and we keep you informed at every stage of the manufacturing process. Approximately 60-80 days after your measurements, your custom braces will be ready.
After production and stringent quality control, we dispatch the brace to you, assisting with fitting and training you in the proper use of the brace.
